At Estrominal, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
Please note that customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide photos of the item and packaging so our support team can review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items

Late or Missing Refunds
